Information is general
Content on this site is general information, not advice for your particular property. Prices, bands, timeframes, material descriptions and regulatory references are published as a guide and may change. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for an inspection of your own kitchen or for professional advice about your own circumstances.
Quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A quotation is issued only after an on-site measure, and becomes binding only when a written contract is signed by both parties.
A quotation is based on the scope, selections, dimensions and site conditions recorded at the measure. Where conditions differ materially from those recorded — concealed structural issues, hazardous materials, service limitations or an unlevel substrate — a variation will be put to you in writing before that work proceeds.
The licensed builder
Kitchen renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder. Licence and insurance details are provided on request. The contract for building work is between you and the licensed entity named in that contract, and statutory warranties under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) apply to that work regardless of anything on this page.
Payments
The maximum deposit for residential building work in NSW is 10 per cent of the contract price, and no larger deposit will be requested. Where the contract value requires it, home building compensation cover will be in place before a deposit is requested. Progress payments follow the stages set out in the signed contract.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs, drawings and layout on this site are owned by Camden Kitchen Renovations or used under licence, and may not be copied or republished without permission. Drawings prepared for your project remain our property until the project is contracted.
Third-party links and services
This site uses third-party services for hosting and for the enquiry form. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or availability of any external site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
